A member of the Turin Bar Association since 1995, Paola Petti brings over 25 years of legal experience assisting both private individuals and corporate clients in the field of civil law. After a formative internship at Hill Taylor & Dickinson in London, she joined Amico & Partners in her hometown of Turin, developing a comprehensive and client-centered approach to legal practice.
Since 2008, Paola has been based in Dubai, offering tailored legal support in a dynamic, multicultural environment. She advises Italian and international businesses on business relocation, corporate restructuring, labour law, contract drafting, and real estate transactions. Her deepest professional passion lies in family law, especially in matters concerning child protection.
Fluent in Italian, English, and French, Paola views the legal profession not just as a job, but as a mission—a commitment to ethical service, empathy, and professional excellence.
Graduated in Law from the University of Verona, I qualified as a lawyer and joined the Rome Bar Association, practicing primarily in civil law until 2012. That year, I began working with the Corporate Affairs Department of a major industrial group based in Rome, gaining extensive experience in corporate legal matters.
Since 2016, I have been working as a legal consultant in Dubai, assisting Italian and international businesses across diverse sectors—including Oil & Gas, fashion, retail, and services—looking to expand their operations in the UAE. In parallel, I support expat families through key life transitions such as separations, divorces, child custody matters, succession planning, and real estate investments. I also offer specialized assistance in the recognition and acquisition of Italian citizenship, guiding clients with competence and care through administrative and legal procedures.
